We are delighted to invite you to attend the next meeting of the Finance & Taxation Working Group to be held on Thursday, November 12, from 8:30 to 10:30 at our offices in Beijing.
At this meeting Mrs. Xue Lian Yang, Vice President and Tax Director, Siemens and Chairperson of the Finance & Taxation Working Group will give an update on the latest tax audit environment and tax payers’ strategy. A discussion on the lobby action plan with SAT will also be held.
Mr. Pierre Wiehn, Avocat a la Cour, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Vice-Chair of the Working Group, will give a presentation focusing on the difficulties for foreign enterprises to charge back expatriate expenses to their PRC subsidiaries, since the beginning of the year due to new foreign exchange and tax requirements.
