The European Chamber’s Banking and Securities Working Group is delighted to invite you to its next Working Group Meeting “Position Paper 2023/2024 Kick-off and WG Chairs Election” which is to take place on Friday 17th March 2022, 14:00-16:30pm.

Members may join onsite at the European Chamber Shanghai Office or Shanghai+ Beijing online (via Zoom).
At this meeting we will host the Working Group Chair and Vice Chair Elections for 2023/2024. We encourage as many of our members as possible to attend to have their say in the leadership and representation of the Working Group in the year ahead.
Should you be interested in putting your name forward for election, please, firstly, read the attached Starter Kit for Chairs’ Code of Conduct and Roles and Responsibilities.
As per the European Chamber Government Affairs guidelines, a WG, regardless whether it is a locally-based national WG or a co-led national WG, shall have one National Chair and up to three National Vice Chairs.
To apply, please send your CV and Motivation Letter, stating whether you intend to run for Chair or Vice Chair to Ms. Nan Song at nsong@europeanchamber.com.cn by latest Thursday 09th March, 18.00. In your Motivation Letter please state why your wish to be elected Chair or Vice Chair and provide a set of goals you have for the WG over the next 12 months as well as your intended contribution to this year’s Position Paper.
For Discussions upon the new round Position Paper (23_24), if you have any new inputs please fill in the attached form and revert back by 10th March 18:00pm, we will consolidate all the inputs and raise them in the meeting session.
