Under current pandemic situation, some companies maintain their high staff stability while others suffering from big turnover and employees experience is also one of the reasons behind this.

Good employee experience accelerates business growth. Organizations are composed of people where employee experience is strongly corelated to customer experience. If you want to build a good relationship between employees and customers, you must firstly build a good employee experience between employees and the companies.

建立良好的员工体验环境有利于企业的稳固发展。企业是人构成的组织，没有良好的员工体验，就没有好的用户体验，如果想要在员工与用户之间构建良好的关系，就必须先在员工和企业之间构建良好的员工体验。
