Dear Petrochemicals, Chemicals and Refining WG Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next PCR Working Group Meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, at 14:00 hrs at the European Chamber Office in Beijing.
During this meeting we will be discussing first full draft of the position paper. All companies responsible for drafting the Position Paper are requested to send representatives to the Working Group meeting to give their input. Additionally, now the NDRC forum has been given formal approval to be held on 25-26 of May we will be discussing the arrangements in detail for this conference.
Agenda:
1. Presentation on “Corporate Social Responsibility in the Chemical Industry” by CRECEA CHINA.
2. Discussion of first draft of Position Paper, ranking of key recommendations and editing of case studies.
3. NDRC Forum update, now confirmed for 25-26 May, 2009 in Beijing.
4. Progress on drafting of Audit Protocol in relation to the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs (IPEA).
5. Discussion of recent meeting with SFDA Commissioner Shao.
6. Issues relating to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
7. Update on allocation of stimulus package funds.
