Did you know that 75% of resumes are rejected before they reach the hiring manager?
Based on TopResume research, most resumes don’t even get through the first filter application system for the lack of information, keywords and other specific characteristics required to be viewed as a “qualified” candidate.
In addition, the research found that only approximately 5 applying candidates out of 100 applicants get an in person interview and a more professional written resume boosts your earning potential by 7 percent.
This 2-part workshop series of “Talent Development ” strives to develop, empower, enable and endorse people to activate strengths and talents increasing each person leverage, influence and leadership.
