The new PRC Enterprise Income Tax Law and its Implementation Rules came into force on 1 January 2008. This year is the first year to implement the new “Annual Enterprise Income Tax Returns”, and the Government has recently released a series of regulations on “Foreign exchange payment for Non-trade items” . Such new/updated regulations will have significant impact to enterprises, from both procedural and taxation perspectives.
The European Chamber of Commerce in Nanjing is pleased to invite you to a seminar on "2008 EIT Annual Filing" and "Foreign exchange payment for Non-trade items".
For this event we are delighted to welcome as speakers Mr. Martin Lin, Lead Tax Partner of Deloitte Shanghai Office and Mr. Bing Deng, Tax Senior Manager of Deloitte Nanjing Office. We further welcome Mr. Frank Xu, Lead Tax Partner of Deloitte Nanjing, Suzhou and Hangzhou Office, who will address queries on Contemporary TP documentation and Related Party Transactions disclosure for FEIT filing, between and after the presentations.
