Dear Members of Auto Components Working Group,
The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to join the upcoming Auto components Working Group meeting on Transaction Structure and Post-transaction Integration within the Auto Sector Integration M&A at 10.00 am-12.00 pm, 26 November 2021, at the European Chamber Shanghai Office.
This time, the speaker will address the topic of both transaction structure and post-transaction integration within the Integration M&A of different roles in the auto components industry and involving both foreign and domestic companies. We are pleased to have Mr Sven-Michael Werner, partner of Bird & Bird's international Corporate Group.

Speaker:
Sven-Michael is a partner in Bird & Bird's international Corporate Group based in Shanghai and has been living and working in China since 1999 and based in Shanghai since 2003. His experience includes corporate transactions, commercial and regulatory advice, focusing on advising clients concerning the implementation of their technology-driven, highly regulated or otherwise complex business models in China. During his career, Sven-Michael has also been based in London and Munich to develop China inbound and outbound work.
