The climate strategy on Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality has been launched for one year, the European Chamber has kept communicating with the administrations and governmental agencies for updating our members on the latest climate policies and rules, thus member companies could better prepare the path to reach their climate objective and contribute to China’s carbon neutrality goal by devoting advanced technology and solution.

国家应对气候变化战略研究和国际合作中心（以下简称国家气候战略中心）是直属于生态环境部的正司级事业单位，也是我国应对气候变化的国家级战略研究机构和国际合作交流窗口。中心职责包括组织开展应对气候变化政策、法规、战略、规划等方面研究；承担国内履约、统计核算与考核、碳排放权交易管理、国际谈判、对外合作与交流等方面的技术支持工作；开展应对气候变化智库对话、宣传、能力建设和咨询服务；承担清洁发展机制项目管理工作；承办生态环境部交办的其他事项。
National Centre for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC) is the key think tank under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) in charge of the climate policies research and technical support to the Ministry. We are very pleased to invite you to join a roundtable meeting with the Directors and experts of NCSC and to seek opportunities on the exchange of Europe and China climate policies, capacity building, pilot projects construction, and among the others.
NCSC is directly subordinated to MEE, which is a national strategic research institution and international cooperation exchange window for China's response to climate change. NCSC’s key responsibilities include organising research on climate change policies, regulations, strategies, and planning; undertaking technical support in the areas of domestic compliance, statistical verification and assessment, carbon emissions trading management, international negotiations, and cooperation; conducting think tanks dialogue, advocacy, capacity-building, and advisory services in climate change; undertaking project management on clean development mechanism and other missions assigned by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
