The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Tianjin Chapter is delighted to invite you to attend the breakfast seminar of the launch of Business Confidence Survey 2021 at 07:20 A.M. on 11th August, 2021 (Wednesday) in Tianjin. You will learn about the findings of 2021 survey, as well as the key challenges and the business perspective from the Tianjin members’ point of view.
Christoph Schrempp, European Chamber Tianjin Chapter Chair, will present the Survey results. Julian Jeffrey, European Chamber Tianjin Vice Chair will also present the launch.
The findings of Tianjin business environment enriched with relevant comparison and data China wide will be the focus of the launch, Tianjin Chair Christoph will talk in detail about comparison of company EBIT by cities, decarbonization ambition and progress, investment confidence, etc.
The European Chamber Business Confidence Survey was completed by 585 European Chamber member companies nationwide, answering questions about 2020 performance, as well as future outlooks. Contrary to their expectations in early 2020, European companies in China found themselves in a resurgent market that was able to get production back online, and are building resilience in China to secure their position in the market.

《中国欧盟商会商业信心调查》2021年收到585家欧盟商会成员反馈，包含了关于2020年的公司业绩和未来展望。结果显示与2020年初预期相反，中国市场已经复产复工，欧洲公司也提高了应变能力以确保市场地位。然而，疫情带来的经济冲击仍未减退。商业环境日趋政治化，经济增长脱钩，科技差异，以及长期以来对市场准入、国有企业和公平竞争环境的顾虑，仍是欧洲企业今后发展的主要隐忧。
