Haibin Zhou is the Founder and Executive Director of Easy Inclusion, a social enterprise that promotes disability inclusion in workplaces. He is the Secretary General of ILO Global Business and Disability Network China chapter, Chief Supervisor of Inclusion China and board member of Beijing BaixingyizhongLegal Service Centre for Persons with Disabilities.

In 2012-2016, Haibin worked at the International Labor Office in China and Mongolia as National ProgrammeCoordinator, and then coordinated UN Partnership on Rights for Persons with Disabilities in China and Promoting Rights and Opportunities for People with Disabilities in Employment through Legislation, or PROPEL Project.

Before joining ILO, Haibin worked at WuHanEvening News as a reporter from 2008 to 2011, reporting on news about Hubei Province and Wuhan City governments and Communists’ Party Committee and National People’s Congress. Haibin has a Master degree in Human Rights and Democratization from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Master degree in International Law from the Institute of International Law of Wuhan University. He also has a Graduate Certification in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University–Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.

Marina is a social activist focusing on the empowerment of individuals with disabilities through education, skills development, and occupation; she is specializing in projects that are focusing on the inclusion of the "other" back into the society.Marina is co-managing the first industrial workshop in China which provides respectful and dignified employment for people with intellectual and mental disabilities.

Marina is in charge of the training aspects at the Inclusion Factory, both internally and externally. Additionally, Marina has initiated the Social Inclusion Academy [SIA] -a full three months training program for the certification of qualified Job Coaches who will lead the social inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities into China's workforce.

Currently, Marina has been developing external inclusive employment projects with big players, such as Flex Zhuhai and L’Oréal Suzhou –supporting those companies with the establishment of inclusive work lines in their companies.

Marina is a public speaker on disability and inclusion topics, focusing on raising awareness to the abilities and rights of people with different abilities.

Marina is a Disability Equality Facilitator and holds an Ed.M. in Diversity & Equity in Education from the University of Illinois.

Vivi Dai is currently PMO, Global Center of Expertise Greater China, at SAP.

Vivi also serves as the Project Co-Lead, SAP SCHOOL 4 Autism at Work, Program Core Team of SAP’s Autism at Work and is Volunteer Ambassador for SAP Greater China.

Vivi joined SAP in 2012. She has driven initiatives and projects on Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Engagement and Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
