Mr. Frank SCHMIEDEL
Since September 2019, Frank Schmiedel has been covering industrial policy and regulation, public procurement, entrepreneurship and SMEs at the Delegation of the European Union in Beijing. Previously he worked at the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the European Commission in Brussels. From 2007 to 2011, he was posted at the Delegation of the European Union in Washington D.C. Frank studied economics and political science in Germany and holds a Ph.D. in economics. Before joining the European Commission in 2001, Frank worked for multinational companies and as a management consultant.
Mr. Jinyan ZHAO 赵金彦
Currently Mr Jinyan Zhao is the legal representative and executive president of VELUX China. Jinyan is also the initiator of the ‘ACTIVE HOUSE Academic Committee’ in the organization ‘Architectural Society of China’. He has a rich wealth of experience in the field of construction in China and working with industrial and business leaders in Europe.
赵金彦，威卢克斯中国的法定代表人兼执行总裁、中国建筑学会中国建筑学会主动式建筑学术委员会的发起人。他在中国建筑领域、中欧工业商业领袖合作等方面都有着丰富经验。
Ms. Karen XU
Ms Karen Xu is the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at White Peak. Karen is responsible for White Peak’s investor relations, corporate communications and sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining White Peak, Karen held several management positions at property consultancy firms in Beijing and Shanghai, providing advisory services on the real estate market, including transactional due diligence, portfolio valuation and other related services.
Mr. Tao MAO 毛涛
Mr. Tao MAO is a master's tutor in law at Hebei University, director of the Office of the Secretariat of the China Green Supply Chain Alliance, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the China Green Supply Chain Alliance, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the China Green Manufacturing Alliance, and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Green Factory Promotion Alliance. Mainly engaged in industrial green development legal policy research work, Mr. Mao has presided over and participated in over 30 green supply-related research projects commissioned by the World Ban, MIIT and other agencies.
毛涛，工业和信息化部国际经济技术合作中心能源资源环境研究所所长、研究员，兼任河北大学法学学科硕士研究生指导教师，中国绿色供应链联盟秘书处办公室主任、中国绿色供应链联盟专家咨询委员会委员、中国绿色制造联盟专家咨询委员会委员、全国绿色工厂推进联盟专家咨询委员会委员等。主要从事工业绿色发展法律政策研究工作，主持和参与世界银行、工信部等单位委托的《绿色制造市场化推进机制创新研究》《绿色供应链管理体系研究》等课题30多项。
Mr. Xun LI 李迅
Mr Xun LI has been engaged in urban planning and design and urban scientific research for 39 years with a seasoned experience in nearly 100 urban planning and design and research projects. Having taking part in completion and research of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Master Plan (1984 ed) and China Low-Carbon Eco-City Development Strategy (2009), Mr Li been awarded the title of various national and ministry-level title awards.
从事城市规划设计、城市科学研究工作已39年时间，参与的城市规划设计和研究项目近百项。曾参与1984年版《深圳经济特区总体规划》编制工作；主持完成了2009年《中国低碳生态城市发展战略》项目研究工作。曾获得建设部“有突出贡献的中青年科学技术管理专家”、人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”、国务院“政府特殊津贴专家”等称号。
Mr. Jishou ZHONG 仲继寿
With a doctor degree of Engineering and qualification of Professor-level Senior Engineer, National first-class Registered Architect and First-class Registered Structural Engineer, Mr Zhong serves as the Chairman Assistant the Architectural Society of China, Deputy Chief Architect of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design. Mr Zhong has a rich experience in research and design of healthy housing, solar energy buildings and building industrialization.
仲继寿，工学博士、教授级高工、国家一级注册建筑师与一级注册结构工程师。中国建筑学会理事长助理兼主动式建筑学术委员会主任委员，中国建筑设计研究院有限公司副总建筑师。主要从事健康住宅、太阳能建筑和建筑工业化方向的研究及建筑设计。
Mr. Rui WANG 王瑞
Mr. Rui Wang has been working for the cooperation on environment and sustainability between China and Nordic countries for more than 10 years. His main work and activities include research, consultancy, training, conferences. He has rich experiences on climate change, carbon neutrality, CO2 reduction, waste management and technology transfer.
王瑞，近十年来一直致力于促进中国和北欧在生态环境和可持续发展领域的合作。主要参与的项目包括：科研、咨询、培训、国际论坛等。他在气候变化、碳中和、二氧化碳减排、固废管理、国际技术转移等方面有着丰富的经验。
Mr. Zhonghua XU 徐忠华
Mr Zhonghua Xu has 20+ year-experience on R&D and projects development in university and international energy giant. His expertise covers materials, energy, chemicals, environment, microelectronics, etc. He has strong network with energy and chemical industry, international academic labs and public institutes, government. He understands well the challenge, opportunity and evolution of innovation for energy and chemical industry.
