Ms Jenny Peng holds a Master degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain from Warwick University.

Ms Peng joined ICCS in 2005 and has been in various positions in the company. Starting from Quality Controller, she devoted most of her time in Operation sector. In 2010, Ms Peng was promoted as the Customer Relationship Manager, who liaised between business and the customers, assessed the customer needs and generated sales leads through more personalised service. Ms Peng took charge of the Sales and Marketing department since 2011.

As the person in charge of temperature-controlled pharma cargo, she led the team to successfully pass the IATA CEIV Pharma audit in October 2020. It makes Shenzhen the third airport in domestics city of CEIV Pharma certified.

Her core responsibilities are identifying business opportunities through market research and make management proposal accordingly. She is also responsible for developing new business relationships in the interest of ICCS.

Asta is a Partner at PwC's Worldtrade Management Service (WMS) practice, based in Shanghai, China.
Asta is a senior Customs and Trade Compliance professional with over 19 years extensive working experience both in consulting firms and different industries (e.g. Chemical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, crop science, IT, high-tech, etc.) with a focus on Customs, international trade compliance, Customs and supply chain strategies and planning. Asta has good knowledge in both Customs (including Customs valuation, tariff classification, AEO certification, bonded business, duty exemption scheme, free trade agreement, compliance check etc.) and international trade compliance ( including export control and sanction) with profound experience. When Asta worked in the industry, she had a couple of practical experiences in working with relevant associations and assisted the companies to obtain favorable treatments including Customs advanced ruling, interim duty rate (IDR), etc. Besides, Asta also has deep insights and rich practical experiences in dealing with Customs audit and investigation by considering the industry particularity.
During Asta’s 19 years professional experience, she has been active in the Customs community in different industry associations and built-up good network throughout China Customs.
In addition, with an increasing number of companies ‘going global’ in recent years, Asta also works closely with the overseas teams to provide valuable suggestions in supply chain restructuring, trade compliance programs set up, etc.
Asta has a Bachelor Degree in Law (Department of Economic Law) from East China University of Politics and Law. Asta speaks Mandarin, English and Cantonese fluently.

Jason is a manager at PwC's Worldtrade Management Service (WMS) practice, based in Shanghai, China.
Prior to joining WMS practice, Jason has work experience in Customs for more than 13 years. During his 8-year experience at the Shenzhen Customs Price Information Office of GACC, Jason accumulated abundant knowledge and experience in the field of customs valuation of import and export goods, customs valuation of bonded goods for domestic sales, post clearance audit, customs valuation inquiry and international trade procedures, etc. He also worked in the Duty Collection Department of Shenzhen Customs, and Luohu Customs, mainly engaged in customs duty collection, valuation control and personal baggage and postal article tax collection. Jason has successfully built an effective channel of dialogue with customs and he is adept at smoothing negotiations between Customs and enterprises, especially customs operational issues such as transfer pricing and customs valuation, royalties and license fees, etc.
Since joining PwC, Jason has worked extensively with multinational companies in providing customs and trade advisory services in respect of customs valuation, tariff classification, Free Trade Agreement, origin, processing trade, bonded warehouse management, Customs audit and investigation defense, etc. His industry experience covers industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, chemicals, high technology, electronics, automobile, aviation, retail and consumer, and other industries.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree from Jinan University majoring in International Economics and Trade.
