The Finance & Taxation Working Group is pleased to invite you to the meeting “Managing Key Risk Areas in Tax: Overseas Remittance and Permanent Establishment”, which is taking place on Tuesday, June 15th, 04:00pm-05:00pm, both online (via Zoom) and on-site at the European Chamber’s Shanghai office.
At this working group meeting, Harrison Cao, Tax Director at SBA Stone Forest Corporate Advisory (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (bio attached), will delve into overseas remittance issues and Permanent Establishment (PE) risks for enterprises with global footprint. Furthermore, Harrison will offer an overview of recent tax incentives for foreign companies in China.
