At our next CFO Roundtable, we are privileged to host two distinguished speakers to discuss valuations in China’s M&A and stock market contexts: Jason Au, Managing Director, Co-Head of IBD, HSBC Qianhai Securities Mainland China and Kayson Fu, Managing Director, Mergers and Acquisitions, HSBC (bios attached) will offer an overview of foreign investments into China and a general approach to valuation to guide your investment decisions going forward.
In particular, Jason and Kayson will touch upon the following key topic areas:
- Trends and latest update on foreign investments into China
- Evolution of China A share capital market and approach to valuation
- Opportunities for MNCs in China capital markets
