The Finance Working Group is about the Credit Management-Organization and staffing.
This is a working session for participants to compare experiences.
Please answer the brief questionnaire here-attached and prepare the following questions:
- Credit management: which organization? What are the advantages/drawbacks of the outsourcing? What are the advantages/drawbacks of an internal organization (role of sales? or role of finance?)?
- What are the best practices?
- What is the profile of a credit controller?
- What trainings are suitable for a credit controller?

Non members 100 RMB
Non-Member companies are welcome to attend one Working Group before becoming a Memberof the European Chamber.
After the WG, it will be possible to have a dinner (The dinner is paid separately by each person).
