We are very pleased to invite the Deputy Director General Mr. Yangbo and the Director Mr. Zhang Yunpeng from China Energy Conservation Centre to introduce the policy and progress of the energy conservation in China, the Center’s ongoing green renovation projects, and the preparation for International Import Expo – special expo zone of the energy conservation and environment protection. On the meeting, the representatives of the member companies will share their own successful energy-conservation experience.
The China National Energy Conservation Centre is a public institution directly under China National Development and Reform Commission. The main responsibilities are to undertake research tasks such as energy conservation policies, regulations, planning and management systems; to undertake the evaluation of energy conservation in fixed asset investment projects; to submit evaluation opinions, to organize the promotion of energy-saving technologies, products and new mechanisms; to carry out energy conservation publicity, training and information dissemination and advisory services, to undertake energy efficiency marking management; to carry out international exchanges and cooperation; and to undertake relevant work entrusted by NDRC and other administrations.
环境和能源工作组邀请国家节能中心杨博副主任和张云鹏处长与会员企业分享我国节能进展情况,主要节能政策,及中心正在开展的绿色化改造项目,并向会员介绍进博会节能环保专区的情况。会上,会员代表将和大家分享企业节能领域的成功经验。
国家节能中心是经中编办批复成立、国家发展和改革委员会直属的事业单位。主要职责是:承担节能政策、法规、规划及管理制度等研究任务;受政府有关部门委托,承担固定资产投资项目节能评估论证,提出评审意见;组织开展节能技术、产品和新机制推广;开展节能宣传、培训及信息传播、咨询服务;受政府有关部门委托,承担能效标识管理;开展节能领域国际交流与合作;承担国家发展改革委和其他单位委托的相关工作。

Jet joined TOMRA on Oct 2017 and has been mostly working on policy advocacy and business development for circular economy transition. Before that, he worked for several international and domestic companies in the environment industry such as Haldor Topsoe China, Poten Environment and Derun Environment (a joint venture by Suez and Chongqing Water Assets Management Co.). From 2004-2011, he also served as senior commercial officer at the Embassy of Denmark in China for 7 years. Jet holds two master’s degrees from the Northwestern Polytechnic University and Nanyang Technological University, respectively.

In 1986, Huang Xiaojun was graduated from University of International Relations and selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and begun his career as a diplomat over 10 years, serving Chinese diplomatic.
He joined Veolia Water in 1999. Since 2004,he is presiding over external relations as the Vice President of Veolia Water China. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Peking University in 2006. He has become Vice President of Veolia China since 2010. In 2013, he went to the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University for further study.
Huang Xiaojun is the Co-chairman of Chinese mayor and multinational CEO round table, Executive President of China Environment Service Industry Association, Vice President of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, Vice President of China Association of Circular Economy, Board Member of China Business Council for Sustainable Development, Vice Chairman of China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations, Chair of Environment Working Group of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, etc.
黄晓军,1986 毕业于国际关系学院并就职于中华人民共和国外交部,开始了长达10余年的职业外交官生涯。
1999 年,加入威立雅水务,主持对外关系事务。2004 年出任中国区副总裁。期间,于2006年获北京大学工商管理硕士学位。2010年出任威立雅集团中国区副总裁。现任威立雅集团中国区副总裁/董事总经理。2013年,赴清华大学经济管理学院深造。
黄晓军先生同时担任中国市长•跨国企业家联席会轮值主席、中华全国工商联合会环境服务业商会执行会长、中国外商投资企业协会副会长、中国循环经济协会副会长、中国可持续发展工商理事会董事会成员及中国跨国公司促进会副理事长、 中国欧盟商会环境工作组主席等职务。

Mr. Alfred CHE
Alfred CHE Wei has a wealth of experience working with public and private organizations in promoting business between China with Europe, America and Southeast Asia for four decades. He has been working with and for Nordic-based multinational corporations, responsible for developing and executing their corporate communication strategies in China over the past two decades. He was among the first professionals in introducing western-style communications and public relations practices and methodologies into China. Meanwhile, he devoted himself to exploring and studying global climate, energy transition and sustainability with a focus on energy efficiency, closely following the global leading developments in Europe especially carbon neutrality in the Nordic region. He has been a pioneer in systemically introducing into China the ‘Danish Green Development Model’, and its best practices with clear objectives of achieving carbon neutrality and zero-carbon economy; his opinions and publications in the related fields has been widely cited and recognised. Currently, he is Rotational Chair of the Global Ecological Sustainable Development Union (a Paris-registered international NGO focusing on sustainability), Executive Director of the Multinational Corporations Council for Carbon Neutrality (MNC50) and Senior Fellow of the Center for Global Climate Innovation & Governance (University of International Business and Economics). He holds a Master’s degree from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Mr. SHAN holds Master of Finance degree from Schulich School of Business and bachelor’s degree in commerce (Honors) from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. He possesses 15 years’ experience in investment, especially in energy, and worked for numerous domestic and foreign groups, such as AVIC Intentional and Accenture. After joined Engie, Mr. SHAN has been specialized in developing District Energy, Smart Microgrid and Biomass projects.
