Yue has extensive experience defending clients during market entry, media strategy, crises and litigation, advising on cross-border M&A, and providing corporate communications and investor relations support. She has rich experience in helping Chinese companies entering the global market. This includes providing counsel for Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and its subsidiary Geely Auto, such as the Group’s acquisition of Volvo Cars and the London Taxi Company. She also supports China’s largest ride-sharing company Didi Chuxing on its international media outreach. Yue has also worked with leading Chinese companies on IPO and investor relations, along with advising MNCs on critical communications in China, such as market entry, food and safety, product recall, franchisee issues, intellectual property litigation, and short seller’s attack on listed companies. Before joining Brunswick in 2006, Yue completed a Ph.D. at Peking University, together with doctoral courses at Tokyo’s Waseda University.
