Haoyuan Qu received her B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua Univ. and M.S. degree in Energy Science and Technology from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). She has worked with the Swiss Transmission System Operator, Swissgrid and has experiences in European power market design.

Currently, Haoyuan Qu works as research consultant at State Grid Energy Research Institute, mainly focusing on power market design, especially spot market design. She has been deeply involved in China's power market design and undertook research and consulting projects from State Grid and government institutions. She was also one of the leading authors of Annual Analysis Report on Global Power Sector Reform

GAO Guowei is the Doctor of Economy, graduated from Beijing University. He has the sound experience in the strategy management for the power grid companies, the energy economy, and the international investment.
He has completed more than 30 major researches for NDRC, NEA, SASAC and Power Grid on the environment development; the strategy research of the state policy; strategy of the enterprises reform and development; and the overseas investment of the Chinese enterprises.
