In the past few weeks, we have seen how the COVID-19 outbreak tested our crisis management preparedness and continues to change our daily life. In the coming weeks and months, we are expecting to see the pressures of the situation to act as a catalyst to drive fundamental change in the way we do business.
Meanwhile we see some outstanding companies, either MNCs or Chinese companies, react and recover quickly and re-position themselves to rise a new level.
How is your business strategically reacting to yet another disruptive change? How much is "uncertainty" the new realm for your manner of operating in China and how do you prioritise what you do to respond to that? How do you answer the calls from your European Headquarters and manage the expectations of your leaders, shareholders, clients, employees and business partners? Given the unprecedented challenges, while recovering what drives you to change China strategy and actions? Taking the crisis as an opportunity, how do you accelerate your business transformation, digitalisation and innovation?
This Webinar aims to present to you a broad and strategic view resulting from this outbreak and suggests some transforming considerations and practical actions for your business to take forward to turn this crisis into an opportunity for your business in China.
