贾律师还在劳动法和危机管理方面经验丰富。领导和处理过几十起大规模裁员以及相关的突发意外事件。也协助客户应对政府调查、处罚、听证等公关危机事务，善于协调资源，并在法律框架内提出切实可行的实施方案或解决方案。
