Natural gas industry is facing an era of huge challenge and great opportunity under the circumstance of uncertain global market and systematic reform in China. The Chinese administrations have the confidence to reform the gas system on the exploitation, import & export management, pipelines network operation, production and processing, pricing and state-owned enterprises, etc.
The new trends of development of gas industry will impact significantly our European energy companies on the market access to infrastructure building of gas station, pipelines, transportation and storage etc, and to their operation & management as well. The oil and gas companies shall adjust their business strategies to adapt to the new situation.
在国际油气市场动荡，中国油气体制改革的大背景下， 天然气行业正处在一个机遇和挑战并存的重要时期。 在中国，政府对油气体制改革充满信心，并致力于解决油气制度中深层次矛盾和问题，深化油气勘查开采、进出口管理、管网运营、生产加工、产品定价体制改革和国有油气企业改革。
这些举措将给欧盟企业带来重大的影响，比如基础设施建设的市场准入，包括参与油气站、管道和储运设施的修建， 同时也会影响企业的其它运营和管理决策。 因此，油气企业必须适时地调整商业战略以应对这场变革。
