Grace Yao has over 15-year professional experience in marketing, corporate communications and business development. She now works on the business development of Advisory services in PwC China firm. From 2010 to 2020, she was responsible for driving PwC’s services for European companies in China. Prior to PwC, Grace was the Press Officer at European Chamber in Beijing.

Mr. Chun Yin Cheung (CY) is a Partner in Risk Assurance practice based in Shanghai with over 20 years of experience, including 5 years in Hong Kong.

CY is the key Blockchain driver in PwC China, who pioneered a series of innovative Blockchain services. As one of the members of a Blockchain Company Foundation Steering Committee, CY leads a PwC team to support the Blockchain Company, a global enterprise level Blockchain platform, to build its trust-free business ecosystem. His team provided independent Blockchain assessment service for the first Blockchain based cross border money transfer system in Hong Kong, completed a food supplier traceability project for a major retailer, cooperated with a Blockchain company to conduct the first non-financial business Blockchain survey in the industry, provided privacy compliance consultation services to Blockchain companies and has been working with various Blockchain startups to develop innovative services and provide Blockchain solutions.

CY also specializes in Fintech and cyber security advisory. He has extensive experience working with regulatory authorities, including HKMA and CBIRC, for compliance reporting and consulting.

His professional certifications include Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Security Control (CRISC) and Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).

Working in SAP Labs China Management team, Phipps is in charge of R&D collaboration with strategic partners in China (like Alibaba, Huawei, Tencent and Baidu), and in addition to that, drives strategic topics including Blockchain, Industrie4.0/IoT in China. In this role, his project with SIA (Shenyang Institute of Automation) on Industrie 4.0 was presented to president Xi in Dec 2015 WIC, as well as in many other high ranking exhibition events.

Prior to that, Phipps has gained experience in both technology and business through various roles since joining SAP in 2003. Technologically, Phipps has led the end-to-end development the first universal release of SAP Business One, SAP’s flagship ERP product for Small-and-Medium Enterprise, with teams from China, Israel and Slovakia. Years later, He moved to take charge of the global business operation of SAP Globalization Services HCM product unit covering development teams in eight countries. Phipps graduated from the University of Manchester in an MBA degree. Phipps owns several USA patents in the area of enterprise computing.

Kevin Feng has over 12 years experiences of consulting and assurance services in cybersecurity,
privacy and emerging technology. Kevin joined PwC Shanghai in 2005 and had been relocated to
PwC New York between 2014 and 2016. Besides his extensive experiences in cybersecurity and
privacy, Kevin has been driving the development of blockchain services of PwC CN/HK region
while he was working for PwC. He was one of the few blockchain evangelists in the profession
service space, and he played an important role in some of the early iconic blockchain projects.
In January 2018, Kevin joined VeChain as COO.
During his professional career, Kevin built his network with clients in the industries such as
financial services, technology, retail & consumer and manufacturing in various regions including
Mainland China, US, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan, which made him familiar with cybersecurity
leading practices and a wide range of industry standards and regulatory bodies such as NIST,
GDPR, FFIEC, SANS, ISO, COBIT, AICPA, CBRC, HKMA, ENISA, CSA, ISF and WebTrust.
With a strong background in cybersecurity, business and emerging technology, Kevin advises his
clients on their emerging technology strategy and associated cyber threats and risks, and he also
helps enterprise form their strategic plan for adopting emerging technology and enhancing
cybersecurity posture.
Kevin is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud
Security Professional (CCSP).
