北欧-中国高科技周(HTW)是在当地政府机构和商业团体的广泛合作伙伴的支持下，由北欧中国初创论坛和中国技术市场协会共同协作，来自北欧和中国的初创企业及技术社区在北欧5个国家和中国15个城市中参加的年度大型活动。
在2019年5月和9月期间，NCSF在6个北欧城市举办了活动，从中我们选拔出优秀的且希望与中国合作伙伴一起在中国扩大市场份额的北欧代表团和北欧科技公司。今年11月12日至19日，我们将与约50位北欧企业家和组织一起前往深圳、广州和北京，与各界进行开放性的交流。
2019年HTW广州站是北欧中国初创论坛（NCSF）与汇桔网（WTOIP）、易励（ELITE）、中新广州知识城（CHINA-SINGERPORE GUANGZHOU KNOWLEDGE CITY）及慕溪北欧旅游（MUSTARD SEED）合作举办的为期一天半的活动，这是在深圳活动后前往北京前在珠江三角洲的稍作停留，聚集广州的初创企业和技术社区将会与北欧代表团会面并邀请嘉宾分享广东广州的特殊行业和市场需求。第一天（11月15日）为论坛和社交项目，第二天（11月16日）上午，北欧初创企业代表团将参观中新广州知识城。
活动欢迎有兴趣了解北欧的科技创新发展、与北欧技术企业代表团队交流洽谈的公司机构代表报名参与，与北欧代表团会面并进行深度交流。
