随着人工智能、大数据等新技术的发展，智能制造已成为制造业企业的主要发力方向。而数字化工厂作为迈向智能工厂的基础，能够迅速根据客户需求定制产品，快速应对不断变化的需求和趋势。尽管现阶段数字化工厂的实现仍处于初始阶段，但这并不妨碍我们通过了解一些在数字化发展前沿的制造业公司案例，发现转型过程中存在的问题和数字化转型后工厂所拥有的潜在优势。

本次研讨会，我们将邀请安德里茨中国首席运营官苗培云先生及美云智数公司主任工程师分别为我们分享“数字化工厂”在安德里茨公司的应用及经验；“数字孪生”的概念及美云智数公司的案例分享

数字孪生，有时候也用来指代将一个工厂的厂房及产线，在没有建造之前，就完成数字化模型。从而在虚拟的赛博空间中对工厂进行仿真和模拟，并将真实参数传给实际的工厂建设。而工房和产线建成之后，在日常的运维中二者继续进行信息交互。

希望大家通过本次研讨会，对目前“数字化工厂”的发展现状及在市场上的应用有更深入的了解，进而对企业的数字化发展有所启发。

Seminar Information:

Given the quickening development of high technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, intelligent manufacturing has become a main focus for growing manufacturing enterprises. Intelligent factories can quickly customize products according to customer demand, quicken response time to changing needs and trends, and lead to a comprehensive increase in factory performance. Despite the fact that this Andritz factory is still in its initial stages, this in no way hinders how we can use it as an example of the vast frontier of digital factories, and discover the potential strengths and weaknesses of the digitization process.

Andritz group is a global leader in hydropower, paper production, environmental protection, metallics and other various industries. Andritz China, is one of the largest and most important manufacturing bases of the Andritz group. Andritz China has been deeply engaged in the Chinese market for over 20 years, and in those 20 years, has made significant contributions by introducing nearly 200 different types of first-class equipment to the market. More recently, Andritz China has been actively responding to the call of the "The Belt and Road Initiative" by working with China and its global partners to help realize the industrial and trade aspirations put forth through this policy.

The Andritz Manufacturing Execution System (aka AMES)

Over the past 3 years, Andritz China has been working with “Digital Factory” systems (Andritz Manufacturing Execution System/AMES) which enables us to use the pairing of real data and big data concepts to enhance flexibility and satisfy more customized requirements：

• AMES customizes business data (SAP) along with real time data to drive operational excellence
• Leading Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure daily productivity and efficiency
• Performance transparency
•  Lean information flow: cross functional teams (project/planning/procurement/workshop) access information from same platform
• Statistical data (big data) provide direction for strategy initiatives

In this seminar, we will invite Mr. Miao Peiyun, Chief Operating Officer of Andritz China, and the Chief Engineer of MeiCloud Company to share his experience in not only the application and realization  of an Andritz "digital factory," but also share his expertise in working with the concept of the "Digital Twin" along with some case studies from his time at the MeiCloud Company.

The “Digital Twin,” refers to the completion of a digital model of a factory's premises and production lines prior to being built. Thus, the factory can first be simulated in the virtual cyberspace, with its real parameters being transmitted to the actual factory for construction. After the construction of the workshop and production line, the “Digital Twin” or a factory’s virtual-counterpart can continue to carry out information exchange during daily operation and periodic maintenance servicing.

We hope that through participating in this event you can gain a deeper understanding of digital factories and their current development status and digital factories’ application in the market. Moreover we hope to inspire you to innovate and actualize the manufacturer’s future of a digital and intelligent factory.
