Dear Members and Friends,

The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China together with Liaoning Radio and Television Education Youth Channel, Liaoning Radio and Television Youth activity Center and Silk Road Youth International Culture and Art Exchange Center is thrilled to invite you to participate in the Recording of the Award Ceremony of the  "Children's Foreign Language Eloquence Competition" on May 25th. Before this ceremony, children have already gone through three steps: Registration, Mass-Election and Tournament (EUCCC members can sign up for Tournament directly). 

中国欧盟商会沈阳分会与辽宁广播电视台教育·青少频道、辽宁广播电视台青少活动中心和丝路青少年国际文化艺术交流中心，一同邀请您于5月25日参加辽宁广播电视台教育·青少频道的“六一少儿外语口才大赛” 颁奖晚会。在节目录制之前，小朋友们需要经历报名，海选，晋级三个步骤（欧盟商会会员报名直通晋级赛）。

Simple English dialogues are not enough to meet the needs of today's society for international talents. This competition will focus on the children's expression, knowledge application and way of thinking. The competition provides a platform for children to communicate and learn. At the same time, it helps more children and adolescents to become international talents by training their comprehensive English skills, presenting their speeches, enhancing their self-confidence and broadening their horizons.

单纯的英语对话已难以满足当今社会对国际化人才的需求，此次大赛，将重点考察小朋友们的表达能力、应用能力、思辨能力，强调技能与思维共同成长。为小朋友们提供一个交流学习的平台，同时，锻炼英语综合能力、演讲展示能力，提升自信心，开拓国际视野，助力更多儿童和青少年成为具备高素质的国际化人才。

Professional and challenging arenas, as well as participation in the recording activity of Liaoning TV, will let children collide out the most bright sparks!

专业、具挑战性的赛场，参与辽宁电视台的录制，都将让小朋友们碰撞出最璀璨的火花，发现更好的自己！

本次活动由下列组织联合举办：

The specific activities are organized as follows:

1. Deadline for registration: May 8th.

2. Mass-Election: May 11st

3. Tournament: May 12nd

4. Recording: May 25^th

5. Broadcast on TV: 21:00 on June 1st (Liaoning Radio and Television Education Youth Channel).

Entries: songs, recitation, talk shows, film dubbing shows, sitcoms and other eloquence shows.

Contestant requirements: 4-12 years old children in Liaoning province, individuals / groups can both register.

具体活动安排为：：

1.报名截止：5 月 8 日

2.海选赛：5 月 11 日

3.晋级赛：5 月 12 日

4.晚会录制：5 月 25日

5.晚会播出：6 月 1 日 21:00（辽宁广播电视台教育·青少频道）

参赛项目: 外语歌曲、外语朗诵、外语脱口秀、外语电影配音秀、外语情景剧等外语口才展示类节目。

选手要求: 省内 4-12 岁少年儿童，个人/团体报名均可。

Rights and interests of contestants:

1. After successful registration, the candidates can participate in the Mess-Election and then the tournament. The top 20 candidates will receive the "Upward Youth Award" and certificate of award. They will also join in the recording of the TV program of Liaoning Radio and TV Educational Youth Channel "61 Foreign Language Eloquence Competition Award Evening" (Award Receiving Part).

2. The top three winners, in addition to the certificates of award, will have the opportunity to take part in the recording.

选手权益:

1.报名成功后可参加海选赛，海选通过进入晋级赛，前 20 名选手获得“向上少年奖”，可获得奖状证书，并参与辽宁广播电视台教育·青少频道“六一外语口才大赛颁奖晚会”的电视节目录制(领奖环节)。

2.前三名获胜选手，除奖状证书及晚会录制机会。

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.
