Globally people with disabilities are now more active in our society than ever before. Yet employment rates are low and many barriers to work still exist. However more and more companies are willing to explore disability inclusion at the workplace and they find that there are many benefits including helping their company culture diversity, improving employee retention, their products and brands.
近年来越来越多的企业雇佣残障人士，并逐步认识到企业残障融合对于企业文化多元化，企业形象及品牌的积极作用。
International Labor Organization Global Business and Disability Network (ILO GBDN) is a unique employers-led worldwide network of multinational companies, national employers’ organizations, business networks and disabled people’s organizations working in collaboration to promote the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the workplace . ILO Global Business and Disability Network - China Chapter established in 2018.
国际劳工组织-全球商业和残障网络，旨在全球范围内促进企业雇主、残障就业服务机构与政府机构沟通交流，促进残障者融合就业经验分享和专业培训，为更多残障者就业提供有力支持，为跨国企业融合就业提供商业交流网络。国际劳工组织全球商业和残障网络-中国分支于2018年成立。
