Course description

• The course is about PowerPoint editing operation regulation for applying office software standard and skills in your daily work

• PowerPoint design and slide normalizing editing of the course is accordance with enterprises’ need in staff daily work for slides’ structural design, Content selection and processing, the way and technique to creating a complete slides and presenting slides by a lot of practice and operations.

• 12 hours for the course, including operation practice required to the course

• The compact course can be used for one day course (6 hours per day)

• In order to guarantee the course effect, 30 trainees within will be better

• 本课程为“Office软件在日常工作中的应用规范与技巧”系列课程中的一期关于幻灯片编辑操作规范课程

• 本课程的演示文稿设计与编辑规范内容将以企业单位在日常工作中常需制作的演示辅助类幻灯片的结构设计、内容选取与加工、演示文稿制作过

程中的方式与技巧乃至幻灯片放映过程中的规范与技巧为交流核心，通过大量编辑操作实例进行幻灯片设计的理念分析与编辑过程中的技巧练习

• 本课程内容时长建议为12小时，其中包含所需操作实验环节

• 其精简版课程可作为单日6小时课程之用

• 为保证培训讲解及实验辅导、答疑效果，建议培训人数不超过30人
