The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Shenyang Chapter together with the China Centre for Urban Development (CCUD), Smart City Development Alliance and Shenyang City Government is pleased to invite you to the Opening Ceremony of the Fourth China Smart City (International) Innovation Conference on September 22th 8am-11am at 2nd Floor, Shenyang International Exhibition Center.
The China Smart City (International) Innovation Conference is an essential platform for promoting international cooperation and demonstrating to build smart city in China. The conference has been successfully held for three sessions. It is a leading conference in the field of smart city nationwide and is highly valued by the community.
The conference aims at interpreting policies and work focuses of ministries and commissions related to promoting the development of new smart cities, forming important consensus with all stake holders in the society, exchanging experiences of smart city construction, exploring new ideas and new models for new smart city, and strengthening international cooperation. Participants will include leaders from relevant ministries and commissions in China, mayors of local city governments, heads of international institutions, famous experts and scholars, enterprises and senior media representatives. The format of the conference will include but is not limited to main-forums, sub-forums, signing ceremonies, press conference, promotion seminar and so forth.
The organizer is asking 25 ministerial members of the Inter-ministerial Coordination Working Group to invite relevant representatives to deliver a speech or to organize a sub-forum. Meanwhile, the Third China Smart City International Expo will be held at the same time to provide an effective platform for different parties to exchange and communicate, and to demonstrate the cutting-edge technologies and achievements of smart city. The “China Big Data Innovation Initiative—Shenyang” event will also be held during the conference.
