To enhance the policy support for technology enterprises and further standardize the process of high-new technology enterprise recognition, Ministry of science and technology, Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation have revised and complemented <Recognition and Management of High-new Technology Enterprise >, together with the working guidance.
The Recognition content and criteria are more adequate and detailed. In addition, the procedure and supervision will be stricter.
European Chamber Nanjing Chapter is happy to invite you to join in the finance and taxation seminar on October 26th, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. In the seminar, Deloitte Specialist will feature the new rules on the recognition and R&D deductions in accordance with <Circular on Improving the Policy on Extra Pre-tax Deduction of Research and Development Expenses > and illustrate the possible impact with corresponding practical solutions.

修订之后，高新技术企业的认定工作内容结构更为合理、认定条件更为具体、认定过程及后续监管更为严格。对于企业而言，相应的准备工作也将更为具体、严格。
