Mr. McTavish has 15+ years international business experience in 20 countries, 7+ years corporate training experience in China. He is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer by IRCES. Masters degree in marketing from a top 5 ranked French business school. Fluent Chinese speaker – two years intensive study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Ability to train in both Chinese and English.
