European Chamber Shenyang Chapter (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyang Chapter") was invited by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Liaoning Sub-Council and China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) Liaoning Chamber to the 5^th Annual Meeting of Association of Foreign Businesses in Liaoning from May 10^th to 11^th, exchanging ideas with officials of the above government departments and representatives of foreign organizations in Liaoning.

Mr. Baoguo PANG, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group and Chairman of CCPIT Liaoning Sub-Council, fully acknowledged the great contribution of foreign organizations in Liaoning in promoting foreign investment in the province, strengthening efficient communication between government and enterprises as well as making sustainable efforts to improve business environment of Northeast China.

On behalf of the members of Shenyang Chapter, Mr. Leo LIU, Office Manager of Shenyang Chapter, also expressed his gratitude to the relevant government departments for their great support to foreign companies as always and that Shenyang Chapter would contribute to the continuous improvement of the business environment in this area and the development of European companies to achieve mutual benefit for both sides in the future.
