Family business plays an ever-important role in China economic development and needs to attach more attention to the difficulties and crises that they encountered in how to inherit and sustainably operate. This is a problem that family businesses must face directly, and the most effective way to solve this problem is to make good use of equity. However, in China, many family businesses have not yet realized the true role and significance of equity in family businesses.

European Chamber Shenyang Chapter specially invited Mr. Zhuoda LI and Mr. Gengyuan ZHANG, Chief Manager and Legal Partner of Fanhua Inc Family Office respectively, to deliver keynote speech theming on "Equity Management and Inheritance of Family Businesses" on April 14^th, 2023. Taking case sharing as a clue, speakers presented detailed explanations and analyses on equity structure design, equity management, risk assessment, inheritance plans and other aspects.
