Explanation for Employment Policy for the disabled and Guidance on Disability Insurance Declaration

European Chamber Tianjin Chapter and FESCO Tianjin jointly held this meeting. We specially invited senior employment experts to make a thorough explanation of the Disabled Person Employment Policy, covering the aspects of post assignment, staffing, labor risk, and management strategies. In this meeting, we helped the attendees sort out the Subsidy Policy and analyzed the declaration procedure of disability insurance in detail. We aimed to help enterprises save relevant expenses by applying for the subsidy and better arrange employment for disabled employees. The participants mainly included members from Human Resource Department and Financial Department in different foreign enterprises.

 

Arranging employment for the disabled serves as an important embodiment of corporate social responsibility. Besides, those enterprises with disabled employees can also reduce the significant amount of labor cost through the policy subsidies and the relief of disability insurance. Therefore, understanding this part helps relevant enterprises’ HR personnel better advance their work in recruiting and managing disabled employees.
