The European Chamber's Logistics Working Group submitted a letter to the Deputy Director General Yu Biao, of the Department of Transportation, and communicated with officials of the Department of International Affairs, at the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), for the concerns and difficulties found by our members in regards to air cargoes during the crisis of COVID-19.
