On 4th December 2023, the PCR WG sent comments to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on the National Environmental Standards Technical Guidelines for Performance Classification and Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries in Heavy Pollution Weather- Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Industry.
