On 29 March 2023, European Chamber National President Joerg Wuttke, Nanjing Chapter Chair Andreas Risch, Vice Chair Shan Jianhua, Board Member Gu Jiandang, General Manager You Haiyan had a meeting with Governor of Jiangsu, Xu Kunlin at Jiangsu Provincial People's Government.

Governor Xu welcomed the delegation and highlighted the important role European business plays in Jiangsu’s economic. The President Joerg Wuttke briefed Chamber EU tour to Brussels this January and introduced Nanjing Local Position Paper 2023/2024 with key recommendations in promoting internationalisation, green energy and EHS inspection.
