On 27th July, the European Chamber submitted comments to State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) on the Prohibition of Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude or Restrict Competition (Draft for Comments). Member companies across a wide range of industries commented and provided suggestions.
