South China Human Resources Chair Attends Vocation Event Held by the Chinese Society for Technical and Vocational Education

On the 19 November, the European Chamber South China Chapter Human Resources Working Group Chair Sebastian Hardt attended an event focusing on vocational training hosted by the Chinese Society for Technical and Vocational Education. Vocational training has been a topic of interest for the South China Chapter for a number of years which has been of particular importance in 2021 with the shortage of talent in the GBA. Sebastian Hardt gave a copy of the South China Position Paper to Shenzhen Polytechnic’s Vice Party Secretary, Xu Jianling, a big section of which provides recommendations on vocational training in South China.
