The Chairs of the Energy-related Working Groups presented their respective Key Recommendations to Mr. Gailius Dregaulis, Program Leader, Energy, Environment, Climate Change, & Agriculture China & Mongolia, The World Bank, Beijing Office.

Mr. Gailius Dregaulis then presented key urban-related topics from the World Bank's joint report with the State Council DRC on Urbanisation, to the Energy Working Group members.
