The European Chamber submitted collated comments to the State Cryptography Administration (SCA) on the new Commercial Cryptography Regulation (Draft for Comments)

The Commercial Cryptography Regulation was released in 1999 by the SCA, and has been effective ever since. Following the Cryptography Law that came into force on 1^st January 2020, this new draft Regulation would substitute the 1999 Regulation and work itself under the new Law.
