On 23rd January, the European Chamber's Environment working group submitted comments to the National People's Congress on "Solid Waste Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control Law  (2nd Draft for Comments)" 《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法（修订草案二次审议稿）》

Comments on the first draft of the law were previously submitted by the Chamber in August 2019.
