Q&A Session with Shenzhen Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation

Shenzhen, July 28th - Members of the Finance and Taxation Working Group of the European Chamber, South China Chapter met Shenzhen Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation.
The purpose of this Q&A session was to address specific issues and receive clarifications regarding tax matters related to foreign businesses operations in Shenzhen. The majority of questions addressed during this session were related to the Value Added Tax and Corporate Income Tax. Tax Bureau also clarified the differences and purpose of different documents and declaration most suitable for specific situations outlined during the session.
The tax revenue of Shenzhen Municipal Office, State Administration of Taxation reached 41.7 billion in 2015.
