Human Resources Update:  How to meet the deadline of Labour Dispatch Regulation?

The European Chamber Nanjing Chapter organized Human Resources Update centered on the Labour Dispatch Regulations. Experts from the top consultancies, Human Resources Directors from member companies, Officials from the Labour Authority shared their insights and give comprehensive presentations on the topic.

Ms. Liu Yaping, the Chief of Labor Dispatching Section from Jiangsu Province Labour and Employment Administration Center, was invited by the European Chamber Nanjing Chapter to deliver a speech regarding to the National Labour Dispatch Regulation. In addition to the policy interpretation, Ms. Liu Yaping together with Ms Pan Shulan, the Chief of Personnel Agency Section from Jiangsu Province Labor and Employment Administration Center, gave out 2 solutions to meet the Labour Dispatch Regulation, including 1) transferring dispatched workers to contract workers to keep the number of dispatched staff less than the 10% of the total number of workforce; 2) human resource outsourcing. Ms. Sherry Xia, the Business Development Director of HR solutions department in Randstad Shanghai, put forward the 3rd solution: human resource- business process outsourcing.
