License requirement of different kinds of business, warning signs installment, qualifications of handling companies, etc. were introduced. After the informative presentation, heated discussion took place among attendees. Members reported that they had been experiencing tightened government inspections and mismatch of regulations and actual law enforcement. Solutions to this problem were also discussed.
