To strengthen the Chambers Government Affairs team, we offer an internship position at the Chamber’s Beijing office. We offer regular training, an international working environment and an insight into the working style of multinational companies.
The intern will assist the Healthcare Equipment Working Group Managers. Key responsibilities include monitoring the industrial and trade developments in China and the EU, responding to inquiries on Chinese laws, regulations and policies. The position also involves supporting the supervisors with the coordination and organisation meetings as well as with the drafting of the European Business in China Position Paper.

- Communication with member companies
- Organisation and minuting of meetings
- Preparation of the monthly newsletter
- Translation of various kinds of documents and laws
- Tracking Lobby Activities and supporting in lobby report drafting
- Ad Hoc Assignments
Skills & experience
- University student, bachelor, master or above.
Major: Economy, International Relations or Medicine Related
- Eye for detail and clear communicator
- Professional demeanor
- Curiosity-driven with a keenness to learn
- Self-motivated, independent working style
Previous work experience an advantage
Language skills:
- Very good oral and written command of Chinese and English
- Good communication skills
Duration: 4-5 days per week, 6 months
