Job description
Your role
- Develop our business for Asia: increase the business with the existing clients portfolio and develop new clients in Asia and mainly in Greater China.
- Take the full responsibility of high quality services for our clients: lead the searches from the brief with the client to the placement of the right candidate
- Manage the office: P&L responsibilities, external providers management
- Manage the team: train, develop and grow their competencies
- Collaborate to workshops and transversal projects with other Copers offices
This position reports to the CEO in France.
We have an internal training program which will help you in handling our methodology in accordance with the level of quality of work and ethics we are expecting.
Skills & experience
Your profile:
University/ Business School Graduate
International profile
Fluent in French and English.
Chinese Mandarin and other languages are a real plus.
Experience in business development, for high valued services.
Able to work with international key accounts.
Strong Organisation and analytical skills
Open-minded, listening capabilities, adaptable, dynamic, mature, team spirit, ethical values, autonomous, highly dedicated to the job, entrepreneurship spirit.
