SAES Getters (Nanjing)Co., Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of the SAES Getters Group, is a Distribution Company serving advanced applications of Non Evaporable Getter (NEG), Specialty Chemicals and Shape Memory Alloy products. It has managed through the years’ business scouting and development activities in China to address new opportunities for existing and new SAES’ products by working closely with the SAES’ Headquarters in Italy.
Job description
· To meet company’s sales objectives, under the instruction of company’s policy and strategy and within the long term planning and management process, to apply principles of materials science and engineering to provide technical, scouting and sales support for the growth of the business of None Evaporated Getter (NEG) Pumps in the High and Ultra High Vacuum System markets to achieve good sales results and customers satisfaction.
· Identify and develop new customer of Vacuum System as well as maintain current customers in hand.
· Promote and facilitate the use of the SAES’ NEG Pumps products in China market.
· Identify new applications and prospects for SAES’ NEG Pumps in China.
· Assure customers support as to technical requirements by providing them with technical information, answering technical questions and solving problems with products.
· Visit customers regularly to pass product information and company policies, and implement the company's sales policies.
· Support new products and market development including sales follow-up, market promotion and customer feedback collection. Collect market information, industry policy and competition information for company reference.
· Support company to make sales plan, implement sales activities, get customer’s purchase order, organize and participate commercial negotiation, prepare contract etc., realize sales contract, collect payment to achieve sales target.
· Provide after-sales service, coordinate customer’s complaint to product quality and defective product return and replacement issues.
Skills & experience
· Familiar with the application of High and Ultra High Vacuum System. Technical background preferred.
· Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Internal English communication, and foreign company experience preferred.
· Bachelor and above diploma requested, 3-5 years of work experience, below 35 years old.
· Social insurance and house fund, five work days a week and statutory holidays provided.
· Business travel requested
