Job description
1. To assist the VP with overall strategic planning and implementation, monitor the process and give advice so as to ensure the consistency of the planning.
2. To track the strategic trends of competitors and national industrial policies, provide decision-making advice and ensure its perceptiveness.
3. To monitor the business goals of teams/departments and provide analysis opinions and suggestions for improvement;
4. To establish the management system and handle tasks with efficiency and have unique perspective and effective initiation of promotion, inspection and implementation;
5. To prepare related reports and business documents;
6. To monitor the operation of departments, including schedules, supervision, policies and procedures, meetings and documentation;
7. To coordinate communication between teams and ensure its effectiveness;
8. To handle other assigned tasks or emergencies.
Skills & experience
1. Bachelor degree or above with preference for business majors;
2. Native English speaker with good Chinese speaking ability, American, British, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand preferred;
3. Have working experience with preference for previous position as an Assistant to Chairman/President/VP; Outstanding graduates from Chinese universities would be also considered;
4. Extensive knowledge of corporate management and practical operation.
5. Strong communication skills, written skills, plan-execution ability, good professional ethics as well as excellence in character and behavior.
6. Quick thinking, pioneering, and strong sense of responsibility.
