Junior HR Officer

GIZ Office China
We are currently looking for a Junior HR Officer to complete our team in Beijing as soon as possible. The GIZ office in China’s capital coordinates our involvement in China and provides administrative and commercial services for our projects.
YOUR TASKS:
Your main responsibilities will be in Human Resources Management:
- Management of the personnel information system and preparation of working agreements, as well as agreement renewals, changes, and terminations
- Participation in the recruitment of national staff (NP) for GIZ in China
- Assistance in the implementation of personnel development measures, e.g. introductions and trainings
- Assistance in the handling, organization and coordination of work permit and visa matters of seconded personnel
- Other activities and tasks upon instruction of the supervisor
Skills & experience
- Academic degree in Human Resources Management, economics, business administration, social science, German studies or comparable qualifications
- 1-year relevant work experience or internships in an international environment, experience in Human Resources Management preferred
- Chinese as native language, excellent knowledge of spoken and written German, solid English skills are a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional and friendly appearance, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
