This position will focus but not limited to the following tasks:
- Assisting foreign companies on M&A operations, restructuring of their investments in China and drafting related transactional documentation;
- Advising FIE on business law issues and drafting related documentation;
- Assisting clients on negotiation with their Chinese partners for incorporation of JV, setting up distribution network…
- Assist clients on new legal issues
- Development of knowledge on data-protection, cybersecurity
- Manage a team of junior associates and trainees
Skills & experience
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 7 years working experience in a law firm.
- The ideal candidate is proactive and independent.
- Outstanding written and oral English and Chinese is a must. French would be a plus.
- The required candidate must be hard-working, self-motivated and have brilliant attention to detail.
